Schloss Arff is the exclusive location for your event. Whether it’s for a birthday party, company celebration or as a conference venue – here you’ll find the perfect balance of historic premises and modern facilities. Celebrations and events at Schloss Arff are characterised by their private atmosphere and yet within easy reach of the city centres of Cologne and Dusseldorf – two metropolitan regions in North Rhine-Westphalia. The castle’s various rooms, including the extended event barn, are ideal for occasions of varying kinds and sizes. The ground floor of the castle with its four interlinked rooms can accommodate anything from small events to weddings for up to 90 people. Large events for up to 250 guests can also be held here. The modern equipped event barn in the castle courtyard is particularly suitable for large gatherings. On the first floor of Schloss Arff there are a further four rooms available, which also offer space for small parties of up to 40 people.

Cologne’s only baroque castle, Schloss Arff, is a real insider tip. With its magnificent and lovingly detailed architecture, it is the perfect party location for special occasions. Both the castle’s romantic rooms with its 1,000 sqm private grounds and the modern, extended event barn are available to you for your event. We guarantee you a setting for unforgettable moments.
There are four interconnected rooms on the ground floor of the castle. They are particularly suitable for a gathering of up to 90 people. The direct view of the private grounds as well as access to them via the large terrace is a particular highlight. Schloss Arff is particularly in demand as a wedding venue.

Event and party barn
Our event barn is ideal for larger groups of up to 250 people. The old walls of the outer bailey were extended in 2018/2019 and provide modern facilities in a historic setting. It is situated in the courtyard with a direct view of the castle, making it a unique party barn in North Rhine-Westphalia. Please get in touch. We assist you with professional advice and together we will design your individual event including catering, decoration, technology and schedule. Company celebrations and conferences
Are you looking for premises for your company event or would you like to hire an individual conference venue? Then you’ve come to the right place. As well as gala events and corporate functions, the event barn is ideal for plenary sessions and presentations to larger audiences. Schloss Arff also provides the right atmosphere for Christmas parties or company anniversaries. >The smaller rooms in the castle are particularly suitable for conferences, seminars and workshops.
