We at BMW Branches NRW had the pleasure of hosting an event at the beautiful Arff Castle in May and are absolutely delighted.
Everything went exceptionally well, from the planning right through to the execution. The collaboration was pleasant, professional and reliable at all times. We would particularly like to thank Ms Rösler, who organised our event with great dedication and passion. She took all our requests on board and made everything we had envisaged a reality – all with great flexibility and an eye for detail.
Thanks to the fantastic team and the unique venue, the event was a resounding success for us and our clients.
We’d love to come back and can wholeheartedly recommend the Schloss Arff event!
Thank you very much 😊

Once again, many thanks to you and your fantastic team for the wonderful party you organised for us!
The location was a dream, the reception sensational. Everyone was blown away by the lighting in the courtyard and the driveway. The food was really delicious and on point and the party went great, not least thanks to the band you recommended and the good drinks. We have only received positive feedback so far.

WE would like to thank you once again for the organisation of our conference by you and your entire team.
Our many questions were always answered with patience😉, solutions were quickly at hand and the service was simply perfect!!!! You can't take that for granted. This includes a very good team spirit. We really appreciated that. The conference participants are still raving about the location and the wonderful food - especially in the evening in the park. Well, it will be very, very difficult to top or even equal that next year. So, once again, a big thank you to everyone who helped organise the day😊

Technology &

Network equipment

Arff Castle, the Event barn and the Inner courtyard are completely covered with fast and reliable WLAN so that your guests can stay online seamlessly wherever they are. For maximum stability and speed, you also have additional Wired network access available - ideal for live streams, hybrid events or data-intensive applications. The area is equipped with a symmetrical 1 Gbit/s Layer 2 network cable and combines the advantages of symmetrical bandwidth (equal upload and download speed) with the efficiency and flexibility of layer 2 infrastructure. This is particularly relevant for corporate events, as it offers an optimal network solution for modern and demanding applications. Here are the advantages:

Perfect for events where presentations, videos or other data need to be uploaded and downloaded simultaneously.

Real-time communication and interaction without delays between virtual and physical participants is supported by stable and fast connections without latency problems.

Symmetrical bandwidth enables interference-free video transmissions of the highest quality, both when sending and receiving streams.

Real-time access to and synchronisation of cloud data, regardless of the number of users.

Virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR) and other data-intensive applications benefit from the high performance and symmetrical transmission.
